Celebrating 8 months with the Dino's
On Elizabeth's 8-month birthday, Jen & Elizabeth went to Ogden's George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park with Jen's sister Lindsey, and cousins Ashleigh, Rebecca, and Zachary.
The inside museum was a big hit. Even Lizzy made some friends.
This was a big harry rhino.
Lindsey's eyeball through the cool sideways binoculars.
These dinosaurs move and roar at each other. (The videos are too dark to really see what's going on, so I didn't post them.) It was a creepy standing close to them.
Posing like Dinos
The outside part of the park was really neat. Most of the dinosaurs looked too real!
(I love that Zachy looks like he's yawing in this one.)
The kids had a great time posing like the dinos (that includes the "oldest" kids: me & Lindsey).
Who did it best?
Zachy
Rebecca
Ashleigh
Elizabeth
Lindsey
Hungry little birdies.
Dino-style girl-fight! (over a designer purse, of course)
Golf & Flowers
We finished up the day hitting golf balls with Zachy (forgot the camera then), making hair flowers (Zachy picked one for Linds to make for his mom)...

09/09/09
Happy Birthday Jen. Today is my 33rd birthday. And if you multiply 3x3, you get 9! And it's on 9/9/9 (or 09/09/09, if you rather).
It was a great birthday! On Tuesday we went to lunch with my sister Lindsey & her husband Chris. And Zach's parents & two younger sisters, Patrice & Melissa, took us to Windy Suki Yaki (I think that's what it was called) for sushi dinner and it was YUMMY! AND they got a cheesecake for dessert - MY FAVORITE!
I have the best husband. He got me an ergonomic keyboard. I LOVE IT! It is heaven for my wrists. And I'm excited to pick some new music from iTunes. The Crunch 'n Munch didn't last 30 minutes.
WHOO! 33 rocks!

Sleep Tight
When Elizabeth started to learn to roll, we took the bumpers off her crib so she wouldn't roll into it & suffocate. Then, once she'd learned to roll, we left them off because she loved putting her feet on the crib bars.

However, the bumpers are back on because I found her hysterical after a nap last week. She'd gotten her leg stuck up to the middle of her thigh! Now she's not quite sure how to sleep since she can't stick her feet out.
I'm not a big fan of her sleeping face-down, but it's the way we find her most of the time now.
